Are you near a Woodman's? That is where I found some.

Good luck!

My local grocery store has it.  I find it in the health/natural food section.  I'm not sure if it says fage but it does say greek yogurt.

Hope this helps.  Maybe a health food/natural food store might carry it?

Topic: RE: Anybody have Dr Siverhus?
Hi i dont have silverhaus but i am in that group and i have Dr. Regan! i am scheduled for my procedure on the 23rd of March.  I havent met any of the other sugeons in this group but i know Dr. Regan is very nice, real and to the point!  I have heard nothing but good and great things about the other surgeons and how nice they are as well.  I actually was with a different surgeon and group and changed to this one because i felt as though they were more RESPECTFUL, nice, helpful and keeping things real and sinseable.  Now, how they will be towards me AFTER the procedure, i guess i will find that out soon :), but as of now i have nothing but good things to say about this group.

Topic: How can I apply for Disability
I am a 22 year old over weight (I weight around 330 pounds) and my back brothers me and I am no longer able to walk around as well as I once could.

I need to apply for mediciaid but I in order for me to get it I either have to be disable, blind, have a child, or under 19 or 65 or older. None of which I am, however, my weight has made it hard for me to walk around and I can no longer stand for long periods of time.

How is it done in Wisconsin to declare a disability?

Topic: Looking for a Workout Buddy
Hello,

I am trying to lose weight but I am in major need of a workout buddy! If there is someone that could workout with me and help me with my weight lose it would be great.

I live in downtown Madison (I am UW _student) but if someone in this area wants to meet to go to the gym or walk around especially since the weather is so nice I would be very happy.

It would be great because we can keep each other motivated and work on our goals together.

Please let me know if you are interested by sending me an email so that I can respond to you.

Thank you.

Jassy

I too, am almost 5 yrs post-op, and have gained back a little weight from my low.  Fortunately, my doctor monitors his patients closely and explained that I was too low to begin with. At my low I was 160 (I'm also 6'2" tall).  I gained some weight back and now am very comfortable around 180-185.  I was up to 190 late last year, but attributed it to not running because of the weather. Turns out, I also neglected to keep up my protein intake. Once I increased my protein, stopped the between meal mindless snacking, and switched up my exercise routine to push a little harder, the weight started coming off again. Maybe you're in an exercise rut and need something different. Are you keeping track of calories and protein? I would start there and keep accurate and honest record of that and see what it brings. Good luck!
