I had surgery in Feb. Approval can take up to 3-6 months, all depends if you are using insurance or not.

Also you will be required to see:

Dietician 2x
Pyschologist
Also have many tests done both now and before surgery...
Chest XRAY, PT, EKG... just to name some
Blood work

Must have at least 6+ months of diet history.

Are you using insurance or self pay??

I went through BIW... 262-522-8300 They are a center of excellence.

I'm anxious to work out, got a YMCA 2-3 blocks from here. But their elevator is out, and I cant get up to their second floor gym. (I'm confined to a wheelchair). Hopefully next week its done, they had people come to start working on it today. But I have such an urge to work out, its unbelievable!!!

Topic: RE: Hey Wisconsinites! Where did you have your "Last Supper(s)"??
Honestly, I dont remember what my "last supper" was. My approval was pretty quick...and where I wanted to have my last supper, I wasnt able to. I wanted to go to my mom and dad's and have my dad make cheeseburgers on the grill and french fries LOL.

Some day I'll be able to eat that again, but not nearly as much. And I've been craving steak lately, but I've been getting sick when I eat meats. Not sure if I eat to fast, or dont chew enough. But if I get a steak, I'll chew the heck out of it!!!

And I agree with KatieAnn....Golden Corral or Kodiak Jacks....although Kodiak Jacks is really expensive, it would probably be the best quality of food....steaks at least. Dang....now I wanna go there LOL.

That sounds like fun.  I did one of these intro classes and I really enjoyed it.  What time is your class?  If you would like you can PM me and I will give you my phone number just in case you are able to make it after your class.  Last time we had coffee it was very relaxing and we ended up staying for a long time.

If you can't make it I will see you at the next coffee.  Enjoy yourself.  Here are a few more little happy dancers for ya.
