Sorry, not near Beloit but I would ask the Doctor's office if they have any suggestions, patients coming from your area, etc... Maybe they can hook you up with someone. It would be ashame if you couldn't get in. What about a family member, neighbor ??? Or a medical Transposrt van? I would talk to your surgeon and see what they suggest. Topic: Traveling to Milwaukee
First time posting, but i am wondering if anyone else has had a problem traveling to get to consultation's. The problem being that my husband who is getting the surgery done. Has edema on both legs that makes it hard for him to walk let alone drive from Beloit to Milwaukee. I unfortunately don't drive. I have thought about calling a cab but the price would be extremely high. My fear is if we don't get him up there to have his surgical consultation's and other appointments his edema will get so bad he will not be able to go anywhere at all. I appreciate all suggestions.

6 month supervised diet done lost over 50 lbs pre-surgery

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

My new life as begun, there were no complications during the surgery. My surgery was on May 7 and I came home on Mother's Day. Wow, what a gift that I have ben given. I am having alot of gas pain, and am trying to walk alot. I even woke up during the night and did a couple laps around the couch. Other than that I feel pretty darn good. Will keep you posted.

I love this stuff too - I bought all kinds of protein flavors and brands and this is the ONLY one that I have actually used up - the rest have been sitting in my cupboard for almost a year! Which reminds me... it's time to order some more - for those nice summer frappuccinos... mmmmmm
