I've had lapband surgery on Jan. 27, 2009, so I just had my 6 month bandaversary!  I've lost about 35 lbs so far, I'm a very slow loser, which is ok because 1) I haven't gained and 2) its giving my mind time to keep up with my body image changes.  Like Lois mentioned the WI board is kind of slow every now and then but if you haven't yet, check out the forums/lapband section of this board.  There are some good tips and lots of people willing to answer questions or help out.

Hey all, Im beki! I hope to make some friends and share some stories. :)

Or maybe I should say he walked me lol. It was so nice to get out and get moving. I never thought walking could be that enjoyable. :)  maybe I will make it a daily thing to walk him...I think we went close to a mile this morning. Im amazed that it didn't seem like work. You have all been there Im sure...making every excuse to not work out.

Thanks! I'd appreciate it!  Pic'N Save and Piggly Wiggly here in Sheboygan won't take them, and neither does our 2 Super Wal-marts. I'm hoping they do elsewhere!
