They end up a little airy, but not too bad.  If I wanted to let it sit in the freezer for a bit the bubbles would come down.

I get mine at Amazon.com, as it's about 1/2 the price compared to ordering it direct form them.

Great video!  Where do you get your protein powders??  I have just started to look at these, because my dr doesn't actually want us to use them.  But I need to get in more protein, so I thought this would be the best way!
Ohh, and do your shakes end up really airy?? I have the magic bullet too, and stuff I have tried to make ends up really airy and then makes me belchy!
Thanks!
Thanks for reading!

Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself.  I'm Justine - or Jessie, whatever works.  I'm 24 and recently found out my insurance covers Bariatric surgery so I'm in the beginning stages.  I have two great people that I work with that have had it and my neighbor had the surgery years ago so I do have a great support system already.  My first appointment with Tamara through Beliln is on Tuesday.  I've been doing a lot of research and am looking at getting the RNY.  I'm almost through the book "Weight Loss Surgery, Everything you need to know about Gastric Bypass & Bariatric Surgery"

Looking for other buddies in the Green Bay area... check out my profile for more details - have a great day!

Hey Southeastern Wisconsinites!  Dr. Chua (and I) will be on the Channel 6 wake up news on Thursday, August 27th around 7:45am to discuss weightloss surgery, Aurora and the Center of Excellence he achieved for them, and procedures. He has asked me to be his "after" person, to which I humbly replied "You Betcha I'll Be There!!!"  So set the DVR's, VCR's, or your alarm clock to see Dr. Chua next Thursday!

I hope it goes through just fine.  My knee will be much happier with less weight on it.    On the plus side for exercise, I've gone walking with the puppy every day.  I get exercise, he burns off puppy energy, it works pretty well.

Is it this Wednesday or next Wednesday?  I tried to make it a few months ago, but couldn't find it... LOL!  - Yes, I'm directionally impaired.  But, now I have a GPS, so I am going since I know I can find it and won't be mad about driving 45 minutes to get there then not being able to find it...

Any of you going - and what's the address?

Thanks for your help!
