Sorry no help there. I am in MIlwuakee. But Dr Thomas Chua is the best in Wisconsin. He works out of Aurora Sinai hospital. I had my surgery on July 28, 2009 and it went great. He is excellent surgeon.

Hello and Welcome! I'm up in the Green Bay area so I'm of no help. Have you checked with your PCP (primary care provider) to see if they can refer you to someone. That's what I had to do 1st anyway, see my PCP 1st. She then referred me to the group who does it here in GB.

Thanks Everyone! I had my first appointment today with Tamara, I was given a binder full of information I'll be reading thru. I also have my psychiatric appointment made! (How was everyones Psychiatric appointments?) So we're proceeding well!
