I don't mind the swim or the bike....nice pun by the way.
The run is hard for me too. I tore the miniscus in both knees, so I had to walk/run the event. I'm afraid I ran when I knew there was a camera in sight. I'm too vain to be caught walking, but my knees are paying for it now.
I do need to look into a health club. I've been using the eliptical and stationary bike to keep my endurance up.

Awesome!! I bet you feel so much better, too!
My aunt had a party when she lost 100 pounds to share her happiness and thank everyone who'd supported her through her RNY journey. She asked everyone to bring a canned or non-perishable good to donate to the local food pantry. She had 4 25-lb bags of flour hooked up to a pole for people to lift to give them an idea of what that felt like. It was amazing to try and lift that and realize how hard it was to carry that around all the time. I think I'm going to do the same when I get to the 100 lb loss mark, too. :)

so sad i missed the meeting i was busy chaseing my friends dog around her neighborhood for 20 mins then and got him to my parents and had to chase him again. stupid coller was to loose and i couldn't figure out to tighten the damn thing. but hey at least i got exercise
