Just found the WI. people

Hi everyone from WI. my name is Betty and I had my surgery on 11/15/05. Im doing great. I've lost 75 pounds and weith 170. I had a long platue for about 4 weeks and that was depressing. I finally started to loose again I hope it keeps going for awhile. My daughter is getting married in Aug. and I want to looking smashing in a formal gown. She's getting married in Greenbay. I am still pre-op, but hope to be able to say I have lost 75 pounds too, some day! I am sure you will be a beautiful mother-of-the-bride in August.

Congratulations! The plateau's are discouraging, but we all get them! Hang in there and keep up the good work! I'm a month away from my 2 year post-op anniversary and am thrilled with my results as well (145 lbs lost - VBG), and I too have a step daughter getting married next summer. The coincidental thing is that her fiance is from Spencer! How funny is that?! We'll both look fabulous on those days! Congratulations again! Lois
