Awaiting

I have completed all the steps required by my insurance UHC: 6 mos of supervised weight management, the pysc eval; the ultrasound, the smoking cessation lab work. I had gained some weight since my orientation in August 2005 (14 lbs) and this will be a debate of whether Dr. Wallace's office will submit to my insurance. I was a pack a day smoker of 24 years - my last cigarette was New Years Eve. Hopefully this will be considered, I will know by next week.
