May 2004 surgery

I am looking for anyone who has had theie surgery ay Froedert Hospital by Dr. James Wallace. I wanted ton see how everyone is doing plus if they came to a point where they went off the track and had a hard time getting back. Any help would be a help. thanks Sue Green Bay Wi.

Sue- I haven't had surgery yet with Dr. Wallace but I am in the process of preparing to be approved for surgery with him. I am interested to hear any responses you get back as well. Have you met with him? How far along in the process/journey are you? Good luck... Jeanna

Hi Susan, I had my surgery with Dr. Wallace at Froedtert on 9/6/05. I have my 5 month follow-up appointment in a week or so and as of now, I am down about 65 pounds since surgery and about 85 since my highest ever. I really haven't had time to go off track but I am able to eat almost everything and I can see where it might be a problem in the future. I guess that means I just have to pay close attention to what I'm doing. If there is anything else I can answer for you, please let me know. Bob
