INSURANCE

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WITH BC/BS PPO INSURANCE THAT WAS APPROVED FOR LAP-BAND SURGERY

Hi, I have BC/BS PPO as well and the only surgery that's covered is the bypass. It was mentioned by the surgeon that BC/BS is starting to cover lap band, however, it could be happening next year. They won't tell me anything, so I'll just have to wait.

WELL LAURIE, IF YOU HEAR ANYTHING ANYTIME SOON ABOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE LAPBAND LOOK ME UP AND LET ME KNOW,BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY WLS I'M CONSIDERING.I HOPE THERE IS A CHANGE SOON!!!!!!
