Problems with getting Insurance to pay for Psyciatric Evaluation

I have WPS insurance through Epic Life Insurance Co. and I am having problems getting them to pay for the Psyciatric Evaluation.I have got my part of the loops otherwise done just trying to get done with this one .I am not ready to give up and back down from something I want.I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if it is just me ?
