Southern Wisconsin Support Group

A free support group meeting for all post-ops will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Thursday November 10 at Central Lutheran Church, 100 W. Rollin St., Edgerton. Feel free to bring copies of favorite recipes that have worked well for you at different stages of your journey. We will share the recipes and other resources that have been compiled at this meeting. A long-term project is the creation of a website of links and WLS resources used by members. Other members have suggested ideas including starting a monthly drop in "soup night," a group exercise program, a resource library, and product sampling. We'd love to see you!
