TV Show Starved

The media department at ObesityHelp.com is interested in finding out what our members feelings are about the new FX tv show titled Starved, which airs Thursday nights at 10 p.m. Do you take offense to the dialogue about four friends dealing with their individual eating disorders or do you find it funny? I wrote to CNN to comment on this program. I was appalled that this TV program was considered at all!!! I don't have the actual letter that I sent but I said this bascially: A comedy about people with eating disorders?? How can it be funny to laugh at people who are suffering with mental illnesses so complex that some die from it? What's next? Laughing at people with facial/body deformities? Professional little people throwing? Or how about comedies on people who are dying from cancer? This is really sick! Susan
