Post Surgery-All is Well

Hello Fellow Wisconsinites, I am 2 1/2 weeks out from surgery with Dr. Roberto Rumbaut in Mexico. It was quite the experience but I can tell you I would do it again in a heartbeat! I stopped at my clinic today and weighed in and I have lost 34 pounds since June 13th. WOW WOW WOW!! I was shocked. Renee' glad to hear you are doing better. What a great journey you have begun. And WONDERFUL on the -34 lbs. Makes it all worth it in the end. I do believe we are "one" step closer to starting a group in Madison. I thought we had a place to meet in Waunakee and another possible on at the Hourambree Building (I know I spelled that wrong) on Park street. However, the last I heard it would be fall before they let us start meeting. So it is back to looking for a meeting place. I have another newly post op person interesting in co-leading. Along w/someone else who is semi interested in 'helping'. So it is just a matter of finding a meeting place. Take Care. Gala

Hi Gala, Thanks for the email. Yes! I would love to participate in a group. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know. I know several ministers in the Madison area and I am sure I could find a church basement we could meet in if needed. There also might be a library branch that has a meeting room we could use.
