Shasta Admin. Services???

I am just wondering if any one out there has had to deal with the insurance company Shasta Administrative Services. I am just wondering how the are about this surgery. Everything should be submitted to them within a week.Yeah!! I will be having surgery in Wausau. Thanks for your input. Julie Hoefs
