Hi family good thing or bad thing.

The insurance commissioner of wisconsin recieved my appeal 05/17, the letter said they will let me know, within the next 4 to 6 weeks. Does it normally take that long ????? Or if I was being denied is that something they would let me know immediately???? I hate waiting.
