Ma through touchpoint

I just had my letter sent out.I was wondering if anyone else here has medical asst through touch point and if so how long did it take for you to find out a yes or no Thanks Kristal

At the time I had my surgery I had MA-managed health, and it only took a few days. How ever I did have MA touchpoint cover my pannilectumy(not sure how to spell it). Excess skin removal from stomach on 5/3/5. I was appealling it since november. Then two months ago something happened in the states system and I was reverted back to straight title 19 for a month and my doctors resubmitted my paperwork to them and they approved almost instantly. Then just my luck I was put back into the MA-touchpoint, but because the state approved it, touchpoint by law had too provide the same benefits.
