Anyone have any experience with obesitylaw?

I submitted a request for some information from obesitylaw regarding an appeal. This was on 3/24 & I still haven't heard anything from them. I called on April 7 & was told that Walter had been out of town & just got back so he would be going over requests over the weekend & I would have the information that weekend. Still nothing. Just wondering what some of your experiences are. Thanks, Dawn
