protein shakes
I found another good one. It is nonflavored. You can add it to food and you dont even taste it. It is made for bariatric patients and cancer patients. Their website also has recipes to add it to yogurt or jello. the website is http://www.unjury.com. We were given a sample by the nutritionist.
I'm totally hooked on the UNJURY chocolate and vanilla. I'm on autoship with them even. Excellent product and excellent service. I use 1 1/2 scoops per serving to get a full 30 grams of protein. I use ice in a blender and have all sorts of recipes I like. Vanilla with Crystal Light Sunrise Orange and ice, YUMMY. I also do Diet Root Beer and vanilla with a dollop of cool whip and ice in the blender. When you blend it good all the carbonation comes out, I don't do carbonation. In addition I had a huge scoop of milled flax seed to all my drinks for fiber. I HATED all protein drinks so finding UNJURY has been a real blessing.
I'm recently post op and just ordered unflavored unjury to put in my food. I also read where you can get Dole crushed pineapple in its on natural juice and put it in ice cube trays and add one to the vanilla to make a pineapple protein shake. or supposedly there is some sugar free chocolate cream filled sandwich cookies out there by (murray) and you add two with a touch of light cool whip and get cookies and cream! or a little part of a banana and even if you buy coconut and vanilla extract it is suppose to taste like a pina colada? I HATED protein drinks also and "know" that I need to get more protein in so I am desperately trying to find more tasteful ways. Your right unjury is excellent!
