Greatr artical. I am going thru Dr Rregan and I am glad. I met your dr. at the Dec seminar. He was great! I could get in faster w/ dr. Regan than Dr. S. Did you get to tour the rooms before you had the surgery? What was the process? I have my Psch consult on 1/21/05 then from there I don't know what to do. I know I also have to have the endoscopy done too, but I want to wait on that until I get the determination from Insurance. All should move quickly for me from here. I am hopeful that I will have it, but it's my choice in March. I Have told Susan I would like to schedual it for march 21st or after. Son is turning 12 on 3/20/05. Terri

I actually did not get to tour anything before I had the surgery. They had just started the program a few months before I had my surgery so they didn't really have any of that in place yet. The process was very new so It's all quite different now. Good luck to you in the whole process. The doctors at Columbia are great and Sue has been there for me since the beginning and still is today. Chris

I read your article....nice!! I can especially relate to the comment on kids and the fat thing. My grandson said i was fat as Santa and Fat Albert........I cried.

Thank you....aren't kids the worst with comments I mean... sometimes they are just too honest. Sorry about the comment your grandson made, I know how much that can hurt, it happened to me plenty of times. Very soon they won't be able to say it though... Good luck to you.. Chris
