Sick as a dog!!!

Hi friends. I'm supposed to have surgery on December 9th and right now I'm sick as a dog. I have a terrible cold. I'm sneezing, eyes are running constantly...as is my nose, chest tightness, wheezing, and coughing my guts out. My surgery will either be canceled, postponed, or moved back if someone else my surgeon is seeing can switch. Please pray for me that whatever happens, it is according to God's will. I hope His will, and mine, are the same. Thank you all so much.

Honey, I feel ya!! I have surgery on 12/6 and I am trying not to catch a cold. Call your PCP and see if he/she has any suggestions. Three or four days can make a big difference. I have you in my prayers and thoughts. Maybe others might have some suggestions or have had this experience prior to surgery.

I can't believe they will cancel your surgery just because you have a cold. Darling, try some chicken soup and lots of rest. I hope that you feel much better soon and that your surgery will go forth as scheduled. Take care! I'm sending you warm fuzzies. Stephanie
