A tasty treat
Hi all...I want to share this recipe with you.
Pumpkin Butter
15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2-3/4 cup 100% Apple Cider (yea...it has some sugar in it)
Mix all together in a kettle, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Put into freezer containers and store in freezer or refridgerator....Enjoy!!!
