Anyone have any experience with Definity Health?

I'm wondering if anyone out there has any experience with Definity Health for insurance? It's an option for me in January and I heard they cover WLS. It would be great to know how they are to work with. Thanks!

I've never heard of them, sorry. One place to start would be asking to see a copy of the insurance plan (not just the little summary they usually give) Then you'll be able to see, in black and white, what is and isn't covered. Don't trust that insurance phone support will give you correct info - from personal experience I know they don't.
