WEA Ins. Problems

I have WEA Trust Insurance and am having difficulty getting them to look at my case. They just say that Gastric Bypass is an exclusion to the policy. I had my dr. write a letter but it was of course denied. Does anyone have anything they can share with me that could help me get this covered by my insurance? Do you know anyone that has gotten it covered by WEA? Please help me!!!

When it is a specific exclusion, you are probably out of luck...can you change to a different insurance company OR is the exclusion from your place of employment as they dictate it to the insurance company. that is mine wiht my company and their HMO.
