Insurance coverage withdrawn

Help. Just heard on 10/2 that BCBS of California, after apporving and certifiying that the surgery for a vertical band gastroplasty done in June is not going to cover the surgery. What do I do next?

You need to file an appeal with the insurance company. When you send it send it to the president of the insurance company and to the insurance commissioner for your state. It's amazing what appens when you involve the insurance commissioner. Good luck.
