9-16-04 Support Group Meeting at Elmbrook

Hello All, I am currently going through the pre-op phase of the WLS. I attended my first support group meeting last night. This whole process has been somewhat scary and overwhelming so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I just wanted to thank everyone who was there, especially those who were so kind and took the time to personally welcome me and share their personal experiences. I feel so fortunate to have met such a great group of people. A special note of thanks to Margaret D. and Rhonda K. who have been so encouraging. It was great to meet both of you. With the ongoing support of each of you, I know that I too can be succesful and look as great as you do. Thanks so much, I truly appreciate it! Warm regards to all!
