5 Days Post-Op

Hello every one just a quick post to let everyone know I am 5 days out and every thing has been a learning experience just as I expected. I was in the hospital for 3 days I had RNY distal Lap on 9/9/04. My hospital stay was OK I guess. I was up walking 5 hours after surgery. Now at home I am not seeing too many problems hope the rest of the healing process goes as well as it has so far (KNOCK ON WOOD) Pj Manning

Hi PJ! I'm so glad that you're home and doing well. I was meaning to email you before surgery, then my darned computer started acting up. Tonight is the first night I've been able to be online in quite awhile. I'm ready to toss this computer out the window. I'm so happy that things went well. You got Lora to help you along, you'll do great. My goodness I think I'm the last one from the Rapids group to have surgery....but it is finally happening. Best wishes to you and keep in touch!
