Hi all. I'm having my surgery Sept 21 with Dr. Wallace. I am crazy nervous at the moment. I haven't been sleeping. I can't wait to be on the other side. Anyone got any good relaxation techniques? Also info on things I may need htat I might not have thought of for then? Marie

Hi Marie I am having surgery on the same day but with Dr Pitchford. I also have been having a hard time sleeping I think we just have so much on our minds. I am sorry can't help on the relaxation techniques I have my own anxiety going on what an emotional rollcoaster. Please keep me updated on how things go and I will be thinking of you. Julie
