12 lbs gone forever

I had my one week post op visit today, and I am down 12 pounds. 9 more pounds and i will have broken a weight plateau that I have dealt with for 4 years. Through this whole journey, I believe that the next 9 pounds would be the most exciting development i can imagine. I think when that plateau finally breaks I will start to believe that this is working. ing 4 joy!

Congrats that is great in one week. Keep up the great work. I am down 20lbs in a bit over two weeks and feeling well. You can do it. Cheri
