Aug 16th Surgery date

I'm starting to get a little scared now that my date is coming up. I am having the RNY gastric bypass laperscopic. Anyone who has had this same surgery so have any suggestions for right after that made you more comfortable once you got home?

Do think so much! It will be here and over with before you know it. Just look at all of the before and after pictures on this website and you will see how worthwhile this surgery is. I just met a new peer yesterday. I went to visit her in the hospital after her surgery on Wednesday. She wasn't even on an IV anymore and no pain killers! I was envious because I had complications, but mostly I was so happy for her. Where are you having your surgery?
