on the way!!!!

Just have to share my good news! I have posted before that I was going to see Dr Johnson in Wausau October for my consult. Well, I have also been told wonderful things about Dr Weiland of Wausau also. They are in different locations, so I did some tracking. I was hoping maybe I could get in sooner than October. Well, I called there and I will be meeting with the dr in like 3 weeks! She said I will probably be scheduled for surgery in the fall, like in 3 months or so. I am so happy! I just have to go through all the appointments/tests now. It's just nice to know it will be sooner than I had thought. For those of you who had dr Weiland, what are the appointments/tests like? Thanks Kristie! I have decided to go with Dr Johnson. My family dr recommended him, so that works for me. I have heard a lot of great things about him. I have my first appointment September 2nd. I am hoping that someone will cancel and I get bumped up, but we'll see. How long after your 1st appointment did you have your surgery? I am just wondering so I know what to expect....am I going to have this done during the holiday season (nov/dec) or will it be sooner? Thanks for your help! Denise
