Visit with the Nutritionist(dietician) scheduled.

I have me appt with a nutritionist scheduled form 7/8/04-who also happens to be the same one I saw when I had gestational diabetes. I'm wondering what to expect when I go in. Also who as anyone in Green Bay gone to for their Psych Eval? I'm have a terrible time trying to get in to anyone. When I call I am told they only do "counseling" and to not to any type of testing, no matter how many different ways I try and explain what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Thanks!

I had another person on this site who also was going to go to greenbay for pschy.but wasn't too sure on the psch.I live in fond du lac and saw a person who is a psych.and also had gastric done and i got in fast and all done within a month plus.You can email me if you want on the name.Good luck.I am also in the process of getting the approvel.

I live in Green Bay and had my psych eval done at NEW Wellness Associates 920-497-6200, They are on Ridge Road off of Oneida. Ask for Marty Breen. She was great and was very helpful. I had to explain too why I needed this done. Good luck

I had my psych eval done in Manitowoc and it was really easy and I felt really at ease. I was worried for nothing. It was alot easier than I thought. I got an appointment really quick and my paperwork was ready when I needed it. It only took a couple of days and I had the report in my hand! Email me if you have any questions.
