plastic surgery denial X2

Is there anyone out there with Managed Health (Badgercare) that has been successful in winning an appeal for post-op plastic surgery for a panni? I have been denied 2X and now I have to appeal the state. I need some help!!

my girlfriend had 2 tummy tucks while on badgercare. She conplained to her doctor about a reacuring rash from the extra skin. they even paid for lippo. Complain about rashes and itching. That might help. good luck.
