How can I get Medi-Cal (low income insurance) Coverage?

I live in Wisconsin and I'm very interested in trying to obtain medi-cal coverage for surgery. I'm considered severely obese which is a life threatening disease and therefore this surgery would save my life. If you have any suggestions on how or what I need to do to get covered I'd appreciate your input. Thank you.

Badger Care == is what it is called in WI. If you have children and your income is w/in the guidlines you can go to your local social service agency and apply for coverage. Hope that helps. Gala
