Anyone dealt with First Administrators, Inc.??

Hi, I am positive I want the LapBand procedure. I have been thinking about it for 2 years, and, have researched it thoroughly. I have a bmi of 42.5. My question is this: Has anyone dealt with First Admin., Inc. in getting the ok for the procedure? I called and she said something like"well, we only cover $500.00 of WLS. Does that mean I have a window to go thru? If I have a referrel and letters from my PCP do I stand a chance?? I want to do this so badly. I will list my health problems: 1. Fibromyalgia 2. Hypothyroidism (recently diagnosed) 3. Osteoarthritis 4. Interstitial Cystitis 5. Heel Spurs 6. low back pain 7. hip pain 8. depression 9. fatigue 10. acid reflux (when lying down and sleeping) Will those health problems help me get approval? Thanks!! DanaW
