Angel Needed - IL/WI

HI all - it is me again. I am posting because I am in need of an Angel. I am having my surgery in LaGrange Illinois and I live in Ingleside Illinois (20 minutes West of Gurnee Mills). Anyone interested that has had open RNY??? Or anything??? Michele
