Anyone here had surgery with Dr. Mikkleson in Fond du Lac?

I have an initial consult with this doc tomorrow morning. I wonder what to expect from him. I also wonder if St. Agnas takes care of securing pre-authorization or if I will be doing much of the leg work. Thanks bunches for any words of wisdom.

HI Shawn, I have not had surgery, but I know someone who did and they said he was wonderful. I think that your surgeon gets the pre authorization or you have to. You may just want to do it in order to make sure you are approved. St. Agnes hosptial is a nice place. I haven't been there in over 8 yrs though. Good luck!! Jackie
