Hi Missy & Carrie! I'm from Wisconsin also. Tomahawk to be precise. I am 5 days out from my surgery and doing well. I was worried about excess skin too and I certainly don't want to go through another surgery for that. After meeting with several others; they've said it is amazing how it bounces back into place. I am almost 40; but they say I shouldn't have too much problem. I figure I'll give it a few years before I'd even consider that; just to make sure things are settled. Good Luck in your journey!
