Milk

Hi, question here. I am one week post op and want milk. A glass of skim milk. But, acording to my booklet. It may have a "dumping effect" can I have skim milk? Or, is this something I need to discuss with my Dr?

Everyone is different as far as dumping goes - a glass of milk would make me dump for sure, and it is because it is all of the sugar in milk.
