Second Opinion

Hello all, I'm currently seeing Dr. Cagle at Bellin Behavioral Center for depression. I've been on medication and in therapy for a couple months now, and I think I'm ready for the surgery. He does not agree with me. Does anyone out there know of someone else I can see for a second opinion? Thanks, Shelley
