Has anyone used Golden Rule?

has anyone used Golden Rule insurance and been covered? My insurance company WPS advised me after denial from first letter that due to my companies choice, I will not be covered for WLS. No appealing will help as it's a writen exclusion so I'm shopping for secondary insurance on my own. Wondering if anyone has dealt with Golden Rule or any other company that may be more friendly?
