not to happy!!
I am still post op so don't take my word as gospel truth.
But what I have learned from others and also from previous attempts of my own weight loss.....
Chuck the scale out the window. Weigh ONE time per week. THe same day, wearing same amount of clothing, same time of day or what have you. For me -- when I am "trying to loose weight" I weigh every Sunday Morning before my shower. Each person is different. You can very easily become slave to your scale. My other thought is once I am post op ( hopefully in next month or two) I will go to my PCP office once a week or every few weeks and weigh on their scale.....
