help

hi everybody, just need a little help. I have to stop smoking before my surgeon will submit to insurance. I had a slip up this weekend after being smoke free for almost two weeks. can anybody give me some suggestion on how to fight the slight urges that I do get? I am on the patch, but sometimes I want a cigarette so bad that I can't see straight. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
