Dr Kemmerling here I come!!!!!

Get out the date books ...... here I come. One more appt left and that is the psch doctor. I was cleared today from the pulmonologist!!! I am so excited. My quitting smoking is going great and I no longer have an erge to have a smoke. I am so proud of myself. I have come a long way. And its only going to get better.

Carrie, Congratulations not only on how far you've come on your WLS journey, but your ability to quit smoking as well!!! That is awesome......keep up the great work. I'm post-op too and just the thought of changing my lifestyle for the long run is refreshing and motivating. Take care of yourself and keep updating the board with your progress. -Tammy
