Having Surgery at Columbia Hospital - Milwaukee

I am scheduled for surgery on November 12, 2003, at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee. This is a fairly new clinic and I was wondering if there is anyone else out there who may have had bariatric surgery here. I'm a little nervous but I'm very comfortable with the physicians and nurses their and I know that they are very good at what they do. Though I have a date, I have still not had authorization from my insurance Company. They requested more information from my physician so I guess we'll just have to wait again. Anybody else with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota out there? Thank Chris Lap RNY 11/12/03
