Congratulations! I am 1 week short of a year from my Lap RNY. Sometimes am still learning what I can eat and what I can't! Sounds like you are doing pretty good. I found my favorite food is still chili. I eat it 4 to 5 times a week. Lots of protein with the meat and beans. The meat is soft because I cook it for awhile. I started at 349 and am now at 202. That darn scale will just not move to under 200! Everyday should get better and better. I don't know about you, but when I was finally able to sleep on my side again through the night, then I started to really feel good. Just getting a good night's sleep in my favorite position helped the most. Best of luck to you.
