Re-do of failed RNY?

Anyone know if BadgerCare will approve a re-do of failed RNY?  9 yrs out and regained all but 52 lbs. _yes, my fault for not following rules.

 I didn't know you could redo the RNY? I have very good pvt insurance.. They did  pay for a revision that my husband had done.. I don't know about BadgerCare.. Call them and ask.. worst case scenario they say no.. Good luck!
