any one have Dr Georgen take off excess skin and fat?

 No belly button! I'm 46 and have 5 kids.. So no belly button was no big deal.. I went from from a size 10 to a size 6 after my tummy tuck.. Your pants will fit a lot better! 

How long did it take for the swelling to go down before you could fit into a smaller size?

 I don't remember.. It was a tough surgery..I can wear a size 4 / 6 in junior size ..I was so nauseous for so long..I'm happy with the way my tummy looks..but..I'm certain I would never do it again..how are you feeling? Did you get my pvt MSG?

Im hopeing when all is said and done I will be happy with the results, right now it is still ?????.I weighed myself this morning and I am finally down 6 pounds from the morning of surgery, the day I came home from the hospital I was up 5 pounds im sure that was fluid because I really hadnt eaten much. Im 57 years old and really dont care about the belly button either was just curious how it looks. I have never strutted a bikini or short tops anyway. My husband says maybe after everything is healed I can get it tattoo back on.

 Did they tell you that you will have 2 drain bags. One on each side.. Dr Georgen has done 4 surgeries on me.. In my opinion there is  no one better! I live 2 and half hrs from Theda Clark.. 

Yes he did tell me about the drains, I think I have myself prepared for the worst then maybe it wont be to bad. I know I will have pain and be uncomfortable  for a few days. I was in terrible pain after my RNY, I guess I always think if I made it thru that I can do the TT.

 I had hardly any pain with the RNY. Do you ever go to any of the support group meetings?

My RNY was in 2006 and I went to some of the meetings for a few years but have not for a while now.  I live about 45 min from neenah which isnt as far as you but really dont go there unless I have an appointment. My dear hubby stayed 2 nights in the hospital with me and took really good care of me after surgery and im sure he will with this one also, he is very supportive, how about yours?
