T-19 Badgercare United Hmo....
Any one out there have T-19 Badgercare United Hmo and get approved? I have this and all I have been hearing is that it is next to impossible to get approved! Dr. Wu's office is sending out paperwork to insurance to get me approved, but I am stressing out thinking it wont happen!!! If any of you have BadgerCare and have gotten approved, please give me some hope! Thanks!

Really?! That is some good news! Congrats to you! Did you have alot of medical problems though? I dont really only a couple...arthritis, HBP, asthma, SVT (My heart beats to fast)...and that is about it besides Hypothyroidism...I hope they approve me! I am really suprised you got an approval that fast! I am keeping my head high...Thank you for the inspiration!
I have BadgerCare +, and my doctor's office said it would be better if I could keep the straight Title 19 (That's what you are in before they pick an HMO) I had filled out the form and was granted to stay in the straight title 19..They submitted my papers 10/22 and I was approved for a RNY 10/27 I am having surgery 12/2!

I am now 6 months out of surgery with the rny. I have t-19 and badgercare. I was so worked up because I was also told they never approve it. but on the first try they approved me! I just gave it a go and tried ,jumping through all the hoops they make you do. I figured i had nothing to lose(except the weight of course) if it's meant to be, it WILL happen. by the "weigh" I have lost 70 lbs in just under 6 months!
